Legendary guitarist Eric Clapton and radio presenter Chris Evans have a Ferrari once owned by the auction is won £66,500.V Festival
The yellow 2003 Ferrari 575 Maranello, which covered 10,000 miles is only in Silverstone, Northants, on Saturday night was purchased by a private buyer.
Clapton had signed its service book before selling the car to Evans.
Auctioneer Guy Loveridge said: “It’s a great car and we’re not surprised it fetched such a large amount. Famous names are always a help.”
