I COULD SEE CLAPTON PLAYING VENICE. I WAS JUST THERE AND IT DEFINITELY REMINDED ME OF MY YOUTH IN THE 70'S WHEN I LISTENED TO HIM. IN MY NEW BOOK I RECOUNT THE TIME I MET THE GUTAR GOD AND IT WAS ONE OF MY POP CULTURE HIGHLIGHTS.
